Process migration is an important research domain of distributed computer systems. It plays an important role in realizing fault tolerant and load balance of systems.This paper describes a process migration facility based on Transputer network. First, the hardware environment adopted and the architecture of the operating system are introduced. Then some key technologies about the process migration are discussed in detail.This platform will provide efficient support for the further research in dynamic task scheduling and fault tolerant processing.
