    Abstract:

    CPDL Level 2 is a Chinese page description language interpreter for color elee-tronic publishing，it is compatible with PostScript Level 2．In this paper．the vimual ma-chine model，hicrarchical structure．and flowchart of CPDL 2 are described The running environment and efficiency of CPDL Level 2 are discussed．
