The paper puts forward a pervasive environment enterprise training frame (PETF). PETF is based on the relevant technology of pervasive computing and grid technology, with the advantage of free from the usual limitation of space and regions and can work at any time and at any place. Simultaneously, it provides plenty of training resources and can make use of the distributed resource to integrate the cooperation. A brief introduction is presented about the structures, functions and characteristics of PETF. The prototype of PETF software system is developed which can provide useful reference and experiences for enterprise professional training system and relevant researches.
